Can I request a custom size?

Do you sell wholesale?
We’re thrilled to partner with retailers and veterinary clinics! For wholesale pricing and ordering, you can shop through our Faire store. While Faire offers convenience, we’re also able to offer our best wholesale pricing when ordering directly. Please email info@thecuddlecone.com for current packages and pricing.
Can I request faster shipping?
We offer free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all orders. Orders placed by 12 PM MST ship the same day; orders placed after 12 PM MST ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
- For time-sensitive orders, we offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
How does UPS 2nd Day Air shipping work?
UPS 2nd Day Air is available as an expedited shipping option with the following details:
- Orders placed Sunday–Wednesday (by 12 PM MST): Ship same or next day, with delivery typically within two business days.
- Orders placed Thursday–Saturday: Ship via UPS 2nd Day Air, with delivery occurring the following week. UPS does not typically deliver on weekends.
There is an additional $15 fee for UPS 2nd Day Air due to the extra time required to deliver packages directly to UPS. This fee is non-refundable, even if a return is requested.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping. Overnight services are extremely expensive and may still experience delays beyond our control. We prefer not to charge a premium for a service that may not meet expectations.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, with limitations. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Used soft cones cannot be returned
- Return shipping is not covered
- Custom-made soft cones are non-returnable

Can soft recovery cones be washed?
Yes. Wash your soft recovery cone on the delicate cycle with cold water using a detergent for sensitive skin. Lay flat to dry. Do not machine dry or use bleach.
Are soft recovery cones effective compared to plastic cones?
Soft recovery cones provide the same protection as traditional plastic E-collars while offering greater comfort. For best results, the cone should extend at least one inch beyond your pet’s snout. As with any cone, supervision is recommended during the adjustment period.
Where are your soft recovery cones made?
All Cuddle Cone soft recovery cones are handmade in the United States, right here in Colorado. Some materials are sourced globally, but every cone is sewn and assembled by hand with care.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Will my pet get upset wearing a soft recovery cone?
Possibly—every pet is different. Some pets adjust quickly, while others may need time. One benefit of soft recovery cones is that they can be folded back temporarily, making it easier for pets to eat, drink, and acclimate.
If your pet has an upcoming surgery, allowing them to wear the cone for short periods beforehand can help reduce stress.
Do your soft recovery cones contain rigid plastic?
No. Our soft recovery cones use a flexible foam core that holds its shape without rigid plastic, reducing noise, irritation, and discomfort compared to traditional plastic E-collars.
